With 33,700 square feet of vehicle processing space in Bristol Docks, Paragon Vehicle Services Ltd needed a wide-ranging security solution to keep their site secure. After reviewing their site, and meeting with the management team to find out their needs, our team were able to recommend a bespoke security solution suited to their business model.
We asked Operations Director, Ian Griffiths, for his side of the story.
We were looking for a new security supplier to provide us with an alternative solution to the current provision. We felt that original service provider had not innovated and adapted in line with our business.
We were introduced to IAS and met Dan, who provided an initial presentation of his company’s services. A detailed quote followed, outlining all the services and equipment that would be provided under the terms of their contract. Their solution offered good value for money, but more importantly, I felt that IAS had understood our requirements and that the pack offered was tailored to our business needs – not the other way round.
The differences IAS offer are that their solutions are created to meet the customer’s requirements, they pay attention to small details and are good at communicating. We also liked the personal touch; although a smaller organisation than our previous provider, they made us feel that they genuinely wanted our business and that we were important.

Import services operates over 500,000 square feet of warehousing in the Southampton area and has made a substantial capital investment in the latest generation of CCTV to protect both its assets and inventory.
