Meet the team
Daniel Moseley
Dan is our ideas guru.
With over 18 years of experience in the security industry under his belt, Dan decided to come back to the family business and head up Intruder Alert Systems.
It's his genuine interest in people that makes him so good at designing security solutions - he always takes into account what the customer needs. As well as completing industry training, he knows the industry through and through, so can always pick the best and most cost-effective products to use in a system.
At home, Dan loves spending time with his three gorgeous kids and is a quiet chef on the side.
Chris Ball
Chris is a true electronics geek.
Chris heads up our team of engineers, and with all his experience, is great at training our new recruits. He's completed his Tavcom training in Intruder Alarms (our industry standard) as well as having an Edexcel BTEC award in Intruder Alarms. He's got BFPSA BS5839 in installation and testing of fire alarms, fire detection design and fire alarm maintenance. Chris has also got various certificates in the operation and application of different products, so he understands our systems inside and out. And he can install and maintain everything safely, having passed the Construction Skills Health and Safety test.
What our customers' love about Chris is that he's a perfectionist - you won't see neater wiring.
When he's not installing security solutions, Chris loves spending time with his family and enjoys bike rides.
Erika Wallace
Erika is our Office Manager.
Erika has a history of keeping people organised and on track - she's worked as a PA for an International Charity and for a Member of the House of Lords.
What we love about Erika is that she keeps everything moving forward: she's part Project Manager, part Office Manager, part Customer Service Manager. She has hidden talents (she can also do network cabling) and has lived in London, Ireland and the Caribbean.
Happily for us she's now settled in our local area and her experience makes her a great asset to our team.
